WebJul 28, 2024 · Of course it's a mod issue. You have used mods that use Scrpthook, and when RS updated the game it broke. If you want to play the "game you payed for", one solution is to rename the entire RD2 steam game folder, and then Steam should recognize it as not downloaded and create a new version.
