Put a few drops on the pad, then touch your finger/thumb to the little puddle as you would with the imperial. As you pick up the round turn it slightly to spread the lube as you put it in the press. Did I mention the 7mm Mag to 280 Ross? Or the simple stuff, 308 to 300 Savage, .223 to .221 Fireball?

I was converting some .270 Win. to 8mm Mauser today and used this for lube. Only took a very slight amount. 5+ oz. should last a while. If bulges in your brass is a bother to you there is a way to eliminate it by making a case that fits the oversize 6.5 chamber. Witryna4 lis 2024 · Cases that are usually thin (45Colt 44-40 ect. ) can benefit from a little imperial sizing wax. Not every case but one in 15 or 20. When I have deep cleaned a sizer, I will lube the first case just to help it along. And of course, 30 carb., because the die makers recommend it. For std full-length resizing of rifle cases I'm still using a Case Lube pad and the RCBS Case Lube #2 that I've had for 30+ years. Never stuck a case that I've ROLLED ACROSS that Case Lube pad.
