Also when it gets warmer it will pressurize without a vent WebVapor lock can occur if fuel lines run too close to exhaust manifolds or anything that would increase the temp of the fuel line. I believe vented tanks actually have to do with the return line from the charcoal canister. If it is vapor locking and you suspect a gas cap then just loosen it a little to see if it helps.
