Web21st Century Breakdown is Green Day's best album. Discussion. Most Green Day fans think Dookie or American Idiot is them at their best, and I disagree. While I really like them both, their 2009 album is a true masterpiece. It's definitely in my top 5 albums of all time, and every single song is phenomenal and contributes greatly to the album.
