Web1 Answer. My 2003 town and country is having shift problems. i have dtc 720 & 736 sometimes it wont shift gears. It doesn't slip. just sometimes the rpm's go way up and it wont shift. and at times the trans. I had a trans flush and fill yesterday with the same results. It's no better or worse.
