Much of our work focuses on questions relating to genetic variation and evolution. What can we learn from DNA sequence data about population structure, population histories and natural selection? WebThe Genomics Platform currently maintains a lineup of DNA sequencers at the Mission Bay and Stanford locations. The optimized sequencing workflows and technological capabilities are accessible to internal groups and selected external investigator projects via the Biohub sequencing submission infrastructure.
